The shop joins the MicroAge network, trading independence for national purchasing power while keeping every decision local.

MicroAge Bathurst is now a corporation.

The move to 400 MacDonald Street, still the address today, with a proper service bench and a parts inventory.

Y2K was coming! We prepared and fixed everything.

First server and network contracts. Bathurst businesses stop buying single computers and start buying systems.

The print division opens. Manufacturer certifications from HP and Lexmark make us the region's repair depot, not just a reseller.

The shift to managed services. Instead of waiting for the phone to ring, we start monitoring client systems around the clock.

Cybersecurity and cloud become their own practice areas as clients move email and files off the server in the closet.

New ownership, Edgar is now the new owner.
